FOOD

White Sand Beach has one of Koh Chang’s broadest concentrations of restaurants, beachfront dining, cafés and easy evening food.

EVENINGS

Evenings are lively by Koh Chang standards, with bars, live music and casual drinking, but the area is still more resort-oriented than party-driven.

GETTING AROUND

Songthaews, taxis, scooters for experienced riders and ferry transfers.

Walking is useful only inside individual beach or village pockets. Koh Chang’s hills and distances make cross-area walking unrealistic.

Best for: First-time convenience, beach resorts and easy island access.

Suggested stay: 3–5 nights.

PRACTICAL NOTES

- Best choice for a short first visit or easy ferry logistics. - Klong Son is quieter than White Sand Beach. - The mainland ferry piers and Trat Airport are external connections, not part of the Koh Chang area. - Check exact hotel position because the northern catchment is broad.
